Lost or Stolen Packages
Shaded Periwinkle Candle Co. LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to USPS, UPS, or any other carrier.

We do our best to handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will assist with carrier claims or attempts to recover the package.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned to us for an incorrect address or for reasons outside our control, the customer is responsible for purchasing a new shipping label.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping, it cannot be reshipped for free.
Orders that have shipped and been returned cannot be canceled.
