We want you to love your Shaded Periwinkle Candle Co purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unburned, and in original condition with all packaging and labels intact. You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shadedperiwinkle.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days at hello@shadedperiwinkle.com if an item is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can make it right. After 7 days, we can’t guarantee replacement or refund.
Note on fragrance/scent: Personal scent preference or sensitivity is not considered damage/defect.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item for a refund (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Shipping Errors, Refusals & Non-Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We’re not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or porch theft. Refused or undeliverable packages may be refunded less the original and return shipping once received and processed, if the items are still in resalable condition.
