Beautiful scents that last a long time - I am partial to the wax melts, but the room sprays are also wonderful. It's a nice fine mist that fills the room without being overwhelming. I love all the scents I've tried. The apple is particularly good!

This review has taken me an embarrassingly long amount of time to post But I felt compelled to leave a review anyways since this small business is so deserving of being MUCH MUCH more!! I purchased a candle at their stand at the West Seneca Farmer’s Market a while ago and got around to burning it a few weeks ago. The scent I purchased is called Toasted Pumpkin and it is AMAZING!!! It has the best scent and is so SO strong (in the best way possible). Every time I burn it the whole room it’s in smells absolutely divine And the owner at the stand that I spoke to was so kind and informative of her product. I really hope this business gets the recognition it deserves!!
Lori and Hannah are such an amazing team of local candle makers who care about the quality of their product AND about their customers! I’ve seen them go above and beyond to fill orders, whether large or small. It’s been exciting to watch their partnership grow at Plain Jayne’s Gift Shop on Potters Road as well as at The Nickel Plate in Buffalo. Cheers and many blessings for a new summer season at the West Seneca Farmers Market (every Thursday off Union!). I especially love their small, tin candles and although Shaded Periwinkle has a number of enticing aromas, I am grateful for their fragrance-free candle so that individuals like myself can also enjoy burning a beautiful candle! This (Summer Rain) is the most wonderful scent and was exactly what I was looking for in a fragrance for this time of year. I just love the scent when I sit at my desk and feel the calm as I look at its glow. Also, the customer service is personal and personal and excellent! I'm so glad I ordered this quality candle, and I'm looking forward to ordering more in the future."
I went to a well known , large nation-wide chain and bought a candle. It smelled good in the store, but I was so disappointed when I got it home. I lit it and - nothing. It didn't small at all. But your candle was completely different. At first when I lit it, I wasn't sure I could smell it. But after a while, I went into the kitchen and then came back into the room. I could really smell it! It was just the perfect balance, not too strong , not too light. I burned it for three hours that first night, and the smell filled the house. The entire top of the candle melted. I thought more of it would disappear; I was surprised there was so much left after burning it for that long. In my opinion, if people could smell your candles - they would buy them!
Most candles irritate my allergies. But NOT these; they are fragrantly balanced. Try any and all fragrances. You will definitely enjoy!

I bought two of SHADED PERIWINKLE's candles after hearing an introduction of the Company (their "WHY" is inspirational!) and the personal testimony about enjoying the scents by a friend whose opinion I trust. I LOVED them both (Egyptian Amber and Coriander & Tonka) and every scent I have bought since. They are worth more than I paid - and have been my go-to gift ever since then. My friends, that I gift them to, also love the so much they have become customers too. I will be a loyal customer as long as SHADED PERIWINKLE are making them.
I purchased the Grapefruit & Mangosteen fragrance for my sister-in-law; she loves candles. When she lit the Grapefruit scented ones, she and her husband were very impressed with the sweet, clean aroma. She burned it daily until it was gone. Recently she obtained 6 more candles and loved the scent just as much. She and her husband were so pleased.
